Carbon black grades produced by Omsktechuglerod in accordance with ASTM

N115
It is a pelleted furnace carbon black which imparts a very high degree of reinforcement to natural and synthetic rubbers. It has a high surface area per unit mass and relatively low structure. Vulcanizates containing N115 have very high tensile strength, tear and wear resistance coupled with relatively low modulus and low resilience (high hysteresis). High quality N115 grade carbon black is used in applications calling for outstandingly high wear resistance and tensile strength: aero-tires, off-the-road tires, retreads, premium truck tire treads and retreads. The product can be used as a component of high performance passenger car tire treads.

N121
High-amplifying, high-structured carbon black. Easily dispersed in the mixtures on the basis of any elastomer for the manufactures of tire treads. Provides maximum durability of the tread.

N134
It is a high reinforcing, high structure pelleted carbon black. It has high surface area per unit mass. The product is characterized by easy dispersion in any elastomeric compounds. N134 can be used as a component of tread compounds for high performance passenger car tires. It provides maximum tread wear resistance.

N220
High-amplifying carbon black. Easily dispersed and provides a high level extrudability of rubber compounds. Includes in the tread rubber of tires for passenger cars and trucks. Provides increased wear resistance tires, high resistance to tensile, tolerable tear resistance. N 220 is recommended for use in the manufacturing of conveyor belts and other rubber products, which require increased durability.

N234
High-structured carbon black, well dispersed in the rubber compounds and significantly increases their modulus. Attached to rubber higher abrasion resistance (as compared to N 220), increased wear resistance. The grade improves squeezeability of rubber compounds, which is achieved only by using high-structured carbon black with special technology. N234 is applicable to mixtures based on any of elastomers, particularly in mixtures based on butadiene rubber for the manufacture of treads and tread rubber.

N299
Improved type of high-dispersing carbon black with high structure. Provides optimal durability of the tread rubber, the high voltage at 300% elongation and low hysteresis, combined with good processing properties. Tire treads, retreading. Rubber products.

N326
High-dispersing carbon black with low structure. Provides low modulus and high elongation at break, tear resistance and high fatigue strength. Mixture for the manufacturing of tire belt. Conveyor belts, rubber products, gaskets.

N330
High-dispersing and amplifying carbon black. It provides high tensile strength, good abrasion resistance. Breaker and tire walls. Massive tire carcass hoses, conveyor belts, rubber products.

N339
High-dispersing and amplifying carbon black with high structure. Provides a high modulus, improved extrusion, abrasion resistance and hysteresis. Tire treads, retreading. Rubber and conveyor belts.

N347
High-dispersing and amplifying carbon black with high structure. Provides enhanced workability, resistance to abrasion. Tire treads, retreading. The components of tires, rubber products, gaskets. In the manufacturing of plastics used as dye.

N375
High-dispersing and amplifying carbon black. Provides high tensile strength and durability. Tire treads, retreading. Rubber and conveyor belts.

N550
Medium-dispersing and medium-amplifying carbon black. Provides high extrusion capacity, relatively high resistance to tearing. Mixture for body and inner tubes. Rubber products, gaskets, and hoses.

N650
Medium-dispersing and medium-amplifying carbon black. Provides smooth extrusion. Used in the manufacturing of products, extruded profiled tire carcasses, sidewalls of tires, tubes, hoses, and the manufacturing of other rubber goods.

N660
Medium-dispersing and medium-amplifying carbon black with low structure. Provides higher swelling extruded flow, high elasticity at relatively high rates of hardness. Can be added in large quantities. Mixture for body and inner tubes. Moldings, products manufactured by extrusion. Rubber products, hoses. Single ply roofing systems. Insulation and cable products.

N772
Low-dispersing carbon black, which is giving to mixtures high elasticity and superior dynamic performance. Used in tire carcasses and rubber products.
